Payment Fee Changes
There will be a change to credit card processing fees effective Monday October 16, 2017. The processing fee to pay online will remain $2.75, the processing fee to pay over the phone will increase to $10.00.
COVID-19 Protocols
AP&L has resumed scheduling face-to-face appointments with our customers and workers in the field. Our techs are required to wear facemasks and follow social distancing guidelines as set forth by the State of Ohio. We ask that you do the same during your appointment, not only for the safety of our workers but for yours as well. We also ask that our lineman and technicians not be approached in the field when they are doing any sort of repair work or day to day duties such as meter reading. Again, this is for your own safety and the safety of our staff. We thank you for doing your part in helping prevent the spread of COVID-19.
