This Privacy Policy identifies the practices of Columbus & Central Ohio Systems (CCOS) as they relate to the collection and the maintenance of private or personally identifiable information. Your Privacy
Columbus & Central Ohio Systems will not rent or sell your personal information to any third party. CCOS does not tolerate nor engage in any form of "spam" email or unsolicited telemarketing, and we guarantee that your personal information will only be used by Columbus & Central Ohio Systems representatives in response to your requests for assistance or to process your service requests, with the following exceptions:

  1. When we believe that such disclosure is required by law; and
  2. To disclose information that is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms and Conditions of Use.

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

Requests for Service
When you request service, Columbus & Central Ohio Systems will ask for your personal and contact information so that we may respond to your request for service and fulfill your current and future customer support needs.
